Regarding the suspension of Electronic Revenue License issuance in 8 provinces due to the eRL 2.0 system update.
We kindly inform you that the service for issuing Electronic Revenue Licenses will be temporarily suspended in the following provinces from Friday September 25, 2026 to Monday September 28, 2026.
Relevant Provinces
* Central Province
* North Western Province
* Eastern Province
* Sabaragamuwa Province
* North Central Province
* Southern Province
* Northern Province
* Uva Province
The system will be prepared to resume normal service operations starting Tuesday, September 29, 2026.
We regret any inconvenience caused by this temporary suspension of services and appreciate your cooperation during the system upgrade process.
